Safe journey Matt & Roman

“In August 2009 we bid a fond farewell to Matt Dalton and his loyal dog Roman, they have set off to walk form Chester to Rome to raise funds for 4 charities, Rottweiler Welfare, Help for Heroes, Medecins Sans Frontieres and The Italian Red Cross for the Earthquake appeal. This is one charity for each country he will be walking through and his favourite breed. He plans to walk approximately 20 miles per day and a complete rest for one full day, those of you concerned about Roman, he has been thoroughly checked by his vet and should do well but as Roman is Matt’s best friend, he will ensure that his well being is paramount. Follow his journey through his blog page and while you are reading, why not make a donation!

Visitors from Japan

In February 2008, we welcomed 20 students from the Takasaki Pet World College in Japan to observe our training methods and puppy groups; we asked them to present the Puppy Foundation Rosettes and Certificates at the final week of the course which they were thrilled to accept.

Angela talks at West Midland Dog Training School

Angela was invited in May 2008 to be the guest speaker for the day at a Dog Training Centre in the West Midlands to explain how clicker training works and how it can help to prevent stress in dogs by giving them something fun to focus on, how teaching tricks can also be used as a practical exercise and how it can build a better bond between dog and owner.

The Media

Angela has appeared in the Daily Mirror and Radio 5 Live to talk about her experiences with Telepathic Animal Communication and how it can increase our understanding of our animals, further details can be found by visiting www.animalcommunication.co.uk

She was also on local radio advising how to prevent a pet dog biting member of the family, Are some breeds more prone to attack than others, you may be surprised at the answer! What to do in the even of a dog attack and has since been asked to give more talks to some local schools to show children in a fun but sensible way how to look after their dog, have fun but not scare it.
